机械加工含油废水处理滤料的选择

摘    要:利用陶粒处理机械加工含油废水,同时选用石英砂、聚苯乙烯球、稀土瓷砂等滤料进行连续运行对比试验。结果表明:在油的质量浓度不大于120mg/L、滤速为12m/h的条件下,陶粒的除油效率优于其它滤料,石英砂除油效率约10%~30%,聚苯乙烯球除油效率约20%~40%,稀土瓷砂除油效率约30%~70%,陶粒除油效率可达90%以上。并研究了陶粒除油效率与进水的质量浓度及滤速的关系。

Abstract:Ceramsite was used in treatment of oily wastewater from machine process,at the same time;a continuous contrast experiment was made with quartz,polystyrene ball,rare earths porcelain grit as filters.The results show that:under the condition that:the mass concentration of oil does not exceed 120 mg/L,filtration speed is 12 m/h,the oil-removal efficiency of ceramsite is superior to other filters,reached 90% or even above;while,the oil-removal efficiency of quartz,polystyrene ball,rare earths porcelain grit were about 10%-30%,20%-40%,and 30%-70% respectively.The relation among the oil-removal efficiency of ceramsite,the mass concentration of the influent and the filtration speed was also studied.
