大型硫酸装置国产化工艺和设备

主要介绍我国大型硫铁矿制酸和硫磺制酸的工艺流程和设备。重点描述大型国产化设备废热锅炉、电除尘器、焚硫炉、鼓风机、酸循环泵、转化器及换热器的特点。探讨了硫铁矿制酸稀酸净化、热能回收系统的利用和开发、硫铁矿焙烧研究及转化器的优化设计等问题．、国内对硫酸装置大型化的规律仍要不断探索、总结，大型硫酸装置可采用国产化工艺设计，适当引进目前与国外差距较大的设备，将使我国硫酸工业的设计和装置达到较高的技术水平。

Process and equipment localization of large-scale sulphuric acid plants

Process and equipment of large-scale sulphuric acid plants based on pyrite and sulphur in China are described with the emphasis on features of waste heat boiler, electrostatic precipitator, sulphur furnace, blower, acid circulation pump, converter and heat exchanger made in China. Some problems are discussed such as cleaning process for pyrite-based sulphuric acid production, utilization and development of waste heat recovery system, research of pyrite roasting and design optimum of converter. It is proposed to exploit and summarize the pattern of localization of large-scale sulphuric acid plants and adopt domestic design in combination of appropriate import of the equipment in which China sill lags behind to promote the design and installation of China's sulphuric acid industry to a higher level.
