摘    要:作为锂离子蓄电池集流体的Al在电解液中可能会发生腐蚀现象,其腐蚀的行为主要受电解质盐的影响,表面状况、溶剂、电解液中的杂质、温度等也是影响它腐蚀的因素.但是Al腐蚀机理目前尚不明确,介绍了几种Al腐蚀的机理及其抑制方法.可行的Al腐蚀抑制方法包括在电解液中加添加剂、将Al表面处理、制备铝合金和合成新的电解质盐.

Abstract:Aluminum is used as positive current collector for Li-ion battery and its corrosion may take place in the electrolyte of Li-ion battery. Lithium salt plays the most important role in aluminum corrosion. Surface characterization of aluminum, solvent, impurities of electrolyte and temperature can also influence aluminum corrosion. However, the mechanism of aluminum corrosion is still not well understood. Some proposed mechanisms of aluminum corrosion were introduced, and the methods for inhibiting aluminum corrosion include additives in electrolyte, surface treatment, preparing Al alloy and developing new electrolyte salt were given.
