| 摘 要： | 由于电费不能月结月清给电力企业造成损失,电费回收问题是供电企业生产经营、发展创新的绊脚石.造成电费无法及时或者完全回收的原因是多种多样的,探讨了运用高科技手段、法律手段、灵活的电费结算方式,提升优质服务水平,服务于电费回收,为电力企业的强本创新夯实基础,在确保电力企业可持续发展的同时,承担更多的社会责任,创造更多的社会效益和经济效益.

| Abstract: | Receiving electric bill has been an obstacle for a power supply enterprise to operate, develop and innovate due to large economic loss for it not to receive electric bill in time. There are many reasons for it, the paper discussed such means to strengthen electric bill reclamation as Hi - tech and law means, flexible payment mean of electric bill, high quality in service. |
