直顶式液压电梯振动特性仿真分析

摘    要:以直顶式液压电梯为对象,将其作为变参数振动系统,建立了此系统的一自由度弹簧一质量力学模型及Simulink仿真模型,对液压电梯的受追振动过程进行了动态模拟,对其响应加速度进行了时域及频域分析,从而得到了系统响应加速度幅值与激振力频率之间的关系。上述仿真分析表明,激振力频率与共振区频率相差较大,可以减小液压电梯工作过程中轿厢的剧烈振动,从而保证液压电梯平稳运行。

Abstract:The direct -acting hydraulic elevator was the analysis object. The hydraulic elevator was regarded as a variable parameter system. The one degree of freedom spring - mass mechanical model and Simulink simulative model of the system was established. The vibration course of the hydraulic elevator was simulated dynamically. The response acceleration of the system was analyzed in the time - domain and the frequency - domain. The relationship between the amplitude of the response acceleration and the power frequency was obtained from the simulation and analysis above. In order to reduce the vibration of the hydraulic elevator during its working, the power frequency must be far from the region of resonance.
