重庆公共建筑能耗现状及建筑节能障碍分析

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,建筑能耗急剧增加。作为城乡统筹实验区的重庆,正处在城市化的高峰时期。本文首先对重庆市的能耗增加情况以及公共建筑能耗状况做了较为完整的调研统计,然后就公共建筑建筑节能领域存在的主要问题作出分析,以期为主管部门和社会各界共同努力达到节能减排目标,提供一些参考。

Energy Consumption Status and Building Energy-saving Obstacle Analysis of Public Buildings in Chongqing

As the rapid development of social economy in China, the building energy consumption is increasing sharply. As the Urban and Rural Harmonious Development region, Chongqing is now at the peak stage of urbanization. This article gave the investigation and statistic about the energy consumption condition in Chongqing, and analyzed the main problems in energy saving of public buildings, which can provide guidance for Departments in Charge and all society to accomplish the target of energy saving.
