负重轮轮盘结构优化减重分析

摘    要:建立了负重轮有限元结构优化模型,并进行了试验验证。在对优化算法进行分析的基础上,以计算结果中表示负重轮轮盘刚度和强度的应力值与变形量为约束条件,把负重轮轮盘重量设为目标函数,对负重轮进行了有效的结构优化,使负重轮的受力状况得到显著改善,且重量减轻10%以上,从而为工程中进行其他优化分析提供了理论与实践参考依据。

Abstract:The finite element(FE) model of the road wheel was set up and validated by the test. Based on this model and analysis of optimization algorithm, the road wheel was designed effectively under the constraint of intensity and stiffness. The results showed that the weight of wheel disc, regarded as original scheme, had decreased over 10%,and the stress state had been improved evidently.
