| Abstract: | Objective To explore the target procurement mode of the third terminal from the characteristics, opportunities and risks of the third terminal market. Methods Through the investigation on the spot, Yuhai mode was deeply discussed from the aspects of theory and practice. Conclusion Depending on the unique operating processes and advantages of consummating the third terminal market, Yuhai mode will be widely extended and become the target procurement mode of third terminal. |
