| 摘 要： | 在介绍DSM起源、内容和沿革的基础上,针对我国目前DSM的现状,提出在新形势下DSM实施中的几个问题:负荷特性研究、面向DSM的负荷管理、DSB与DSM关系等;并提出建立科学的DSM评估体系、有效的激励机制等对策。

| Abstract: | The derivation,content and development of power demand side management(DSM) are introduced.According to the present conditions of power DSM in our country,some issues in the application progress of power DSM are proposed,including load peculiarity research,DSM-oreinted load management,relationship between DSB and DSM,and the like.The establishment of scientific evaluation system and effective incentive mechanism of DSM is suggested. |
