| 摘 要： | "安全型"主要是针对油田联合站信号报警和安全保护系统而言,对安全保护系统总的要求是保证生产过程系统平稳运行,既不能频繁动作又必须在危险时尽可能地保护设备和人身安全.如何正确合理地处理这一矛盾,文章针对某联合站自控安全系统在生产操作中存在的问题,结合实际工作经验,从如下几个方面对"安全型"联合站自控安全保护系统提出多项改进措施现场端开关量信号元件的选用、接线形式以及集散控制系统的电源、安全栅、接地形式、紧急切断等级划分等.

| Abstract: | Aimed at existent problems of an automatic control security system for one combination station during production operation, and combined with practical experience, several improved measures are offered for safety type protection system. They are selection of switch quantity signal parts at field terminal, wire connection pattern, power supply, safety grid, grounding and classification of emergency shutdown. |
