瓶用聚酯薄膜气体渗透性能的比较

摘    要:比较了PET聚合过程中加入1^#纳米添加剂和2^#纳米添加剂的瓶用聚酯薄膜以及热灌装瓶用聚酯薄膜与普通瓶用聚酯薄膜对氧气透气量的大小,试验表明加入2^#纳米添加剂的瓶用聚酯薄膜阻隔气体渗透性能较好,热灌装瓶用聚酯薄膜次之,加入1^#纳米添加剂瓶用聚酯薄膜阻隔气体渗透性能不佳。

Abstract:The amount of oxygen gas permeated through the PET film of the bottles which was individually added 1~# and 2~# nanometer addition agent during the polymerization process of PET,in addition to the PET film of the hot filling bottles with the PET film of the common bottles was compared.The results showed that the performance of PET(2~#) film resisting oxygen gas was the best,PET film of hot filling bottles took the second place,the capability resisting gas of the PET(1~#) film reduced.
