| 摘 要： | 叙述了绝缘栅双极型晶体管IGBT对驱动和保护电路的要求以及设计其驱动和保护电路时应注意的问题。以EXB841为例,介绍了一种实用的功率IGBT驱动和保护电路。该电路具有很好的性能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the require of driving and protecting circuit for IGBT and the attentions to design driving and protecting circuit. It also introduced a practically driving and protecting circuit for power IGBT applying EXB841. The capability of the circuit is good and the circuit is applied successfully. |
