| 摘 要： | 设计了一种可应用于组合冲模及柔性冲压系统的快换冲模机构。通过斜楔机构的设计，模具间隙可做微量调节，工作安全可靠。模具更换快捷、方便并带自锁功能。适合中小型冲压制品的多品种、中小批量生产及系列产品的开发。

| Abstract: | It designs a quick- change punch die structure, which can be used for combination punch die and flexible punch press system. Based on the slant wedge, it can adjust the die clearance and make the die works safely. The die with self- locking function changes quickly and easily. This structure is fit for stamping medi- um or small parts in various products production. |
