超薄型钢结构防火涂料的研制

摘    要:采用氨基树脂与丙烯酸树脂为基料,以聚磷酸铵,三聚氰胺和季戊四醇为阻燃剂体系,配制超薄型钢结构防火涂料。讨论了基料树脂和阻燃体系的配比对防火涂料性能的影响。试验结果表明,该防火涂料具有较好的物理化学,当干膜厚度为1mm时,其耐火极限为60min。

Abstract:An ultra\|thin fire\|resistant coating for steel structure was prepared using amine resin, acrylic resin and flame retardant such as ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and pentaerythritol. The effect of the ratio of base resins and flame retardant on the properties of fire\|resistant coating was discussed. Results showed that the ultra\|thin fire\|resistant coating for steel structure had good physical\|chemical properties. When the thickness of the dry film was 1mm, the fire\|resistant time of coating could last over 60 minutes.
