摘    要:对节能发电调度中煤耗与污染物综合排放计算、不确定度分析、煤耗曲线生成等问题进行了探讨。对煤耗与污染物计算不确定度进行了分析,认为影响两者不确定度大小主要是采用测量仪器示值导致的B类不确定度,在拟合煤耗曲线前需要对数据进行光滑及排除等数据预处理。煤耗率曲线宜采用双曲线的方式,则煤耗曲线为二次曲线。给出了供电煤耗和污染物排放的综合计算方法和判断烟囱出口处SO2真实浓度的思路。
