摘    要:目的通过改性增强天然无烟煤的吸附能力,提高对氨氮和有机物的去除效果,确定改性无烟煤的最佳制备工艺条件.方法选择加热改性、浸泡改性两种改性方法,分别采用NaCl、AlCl3和FeCl3、HDTMA和CPB等对天然无烟煤进行改性,通过静态吸附实验,对比几种改性无烟煤和天然无烟煤对氨氮和有机物的去除效果.结果在加热改性方法中,NaCl改性无烟煤对氨氮的去除效果最佳,去除率为80.95%;AlCl3改性无烟煤对有机物去除效果最佳,去除率为20.85%;在浸泡改性方法中,NaCl改性无烟煤对氨氮和有机物的去除效果均最佳,去除率分别为78.89%、20.59%.通过正交实验确定的加热改性无烟煤最佳制备条件为加热时间60min;氯化钠浓度2.0mol/L;固液比1:1.结论NaCl改性无烟煤对氨氮和有机物的去除效果均远远优于天然无烟煤.

Abstract:In this paper, the adsorptive capacity of natural anthracite is enhanced by modification to improve the removal effect of ammonia-nitrogen and CODMn. Optimum modifying conditions of modified anthracite are studied. NaCl ,AlCl3 ,FeCl3 ,HDTMA and CPB are respectively adopted to modify the natural anthracite by heating modification and immersion modification. The removal effect of ammonia-nitrogen and CODMn through the different types of modified anthracite and the natural anthracite are compared by experimental study on static adsorption. The results show that the removal effect of ammonia-nitrogen with NaCl modified anthracite is the best by heating modification and its removal rate can reach 80. 95 %, and removal effect of CODMn with AlCl3 modified anthracite is the best and its removal rate is 20. 85 %. By immersion modification, the removal effect of ammonia-nitrogen and CODMn is the best by NaCl modified anthracite, and the removal rates are 78.89% and 20. 59% respectively. The optimum making process condition of the heating modification is studied by orthogonal test. Therefore, modification time is 60min, the density of NaCl is 1.0mol/L, solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 1. The conclusion is that removal efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen and CODMn with NaCl modified anthracite is much better than the natural anthracite. The adsorption performance of the anthracite by heating modification is better than the anthracite's by immersion modification.
