| Abstract: | Amid the ever intense competition nowadays, the key to improving the quality and standard of the utilization of foreign investment is to make better the investment environment, especially the soft environment for foreign investment. The paper, starting with the discussion of the connotations of the soft environment for foreign investment, and analyzing its background basis, puts forward the strategies and methods of how to improve the soft environment for foreign investment. |
