基于FFT的循环自相关函数算法在滚动轴承故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:根据循环自相关函数等于两个移频形式的互相关及循环自相关函数的周期性特征,提出基于FFT及IFFT的循环自相关函数算法,该算法将周期函数的互相关快速算法引入循环自相关函数的计算中,相对直接按公式的计算大大提高了速度.由该算法得到的循环自相关函数进行谱分析及平方谱分析,进一步证明了该算法的正确性.最后将该算法应用于滚动轴承故障诊断中,通过对滚动轴承内圈故障及外圈故障信号的分析,证明该算法的实用性.

Abstract:An algorithm based on FFT and the cyclic autocorrelation function of IFFT is proposed,which follows the observation that a cyclic autocorrelation function can be represented as two mutual correlation functions in frequency-shifting form and utilizes the periodical properties of cyclic autocorrelation functions.The algorithm introduces the efficient mutual correlation computation method for periodical function into the calculation of cyclic autocorrelation function,which improves dramatically the computation...
