钢中铌钒碳氮化合物的析出及其稳定性分析

摘    要:采用双亚点阵模型对结构钢和合金工具钢中钒、铌的碳化物和氮化物析出时的竞争及稳定性作了热力学分析。举例指出在铬钒系结构钢中,高温时的析出是以铌的碳氮化合物为主,在低温时以碳化钒为主。在铬钼硅钒系合工钢中,无论在何种温度下,均以碳化钒的析出为主。

Abstract:The precipitation order and stability of carbonitrides containing V and Nb was thermodynamically analyzed by the two sub-lattice model. It was shown from the calculation results that the precipitated product in CrV series structural steel was mainly composed of niobium carbonitride at high temperatures but vanadium carbides at low temperature. In the die steels of CrMoSoV series, the precipitation was formed mainly by vanadium carbides.
