Crosstalk in CMOS image sensor and its solutions

The crosstalk in CMOS image sensor can influence the quality of the final output image.These two kinds of crosstalk,optical crosstalk and electrical crosstalk,will be more and more serious as the pixel pitch scales down.Aimed at reducing the two kinds of crosstalk in CMOS image sensor,considering the actual application,various solutions are developed.Most of these solutions focus on the device structure modification and material,and the crosstalk can be suppressed to an acceptable level by using one or some of these solutions.
