电液控制系统可靠性设计

摘    要:分析影响电液控制系统可靠运行的因素。介绍系统结构设计、软件设计中所采用的冗余措施及硬件电磁兼容设计。电液控制系统通过电快速脉冲群试验及井下工业性试验,验证了方案的有效性。

Abstract:The factors that disturb electro-hydraulic control system for reliable operation are analyzed.The redundancy measures used by system structure design and software design are introduced.The EMC technology is used by hardware design.Electro-hydraulic control system pass the test of electrical fast transient and the underground industrial test to verify the effectiveness of the program.
