| 摘 要： | 使用二次分光法进行了１０片面阵ＣＣＤ光学焦平面拼接，用长工作距电视测量显微系统进行了高精度拼接检测。分析了拼接过程中遇到的几个问题，给出了拼接结果。

| Abstract: | The optical focal plane assembling of 10 pieces of plane array CCD has been finished by means of secondary light-splitting. Its accuracy has been tested by TV micrometering system with long distance. The problems met in the assembling are analysed and results are given in the paper. |
