| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the survey results of learning through 3G mobile phones for staff members in the power system, this essay aims to reveal the changes in their cognitive psychological mechanism and cognitive styles in this picture-reading era as well as giving relevant suggestions on teaching management, teaching organization and learning strategies. |
