基于多agent系统的服务链建模

摘    要:从电梯业服务链的组成要素和服务过程出发,将服务链理论和agent技术引入电梯行业服务关系的研究中,讨论基于多agent系统(Multi—agent System,MAS)的服务链模型.简单介绍服务链的概念,详细论述电梯企业间的服务关系,并描述服务链的图结构;描述实体间的服务过程,并结合agent的自身特性提出基于MAS的服务链模型.

Abstract:Embarking from the composition factors and the service process of the service chain in elevator industry, the service chain theory and agent technology are introduced into the research of service relationship in elevator industry, and the service chain model is discussed based on Multi-agent System (MAS). The conception of service chain is introduced simply. The service relations between elevator enterprises are analyzed in detail. A service chain figure is described. The service process between entities is represented. At last, unified with the characteristic of agent, the service chain model is proposed based on MAS.
