液压支架悬臂支撑的有限元分析

摘    要:根据有限元法的基本原理和解决问题的基本思路,对液压支架前梁所受的内力进行了分析。且用有限元分析软件ANSYS对液压支架前梁进行平面静力分析,在分析中把计算的理论值与ANSY的计算结果作了对比,发现理论解和ANSYS解非常接近,此方法可以推广到更为复杂的变截面梁。

Abstract:to the finite element method and the fundamental principles to solve the problem of basic ideas, right before the hydraulic support the internal forces suffered beam were analyzed. And the finite element analysis software ANSYS right before the hydraulic support beams plane static analysis, in the analysis for calculating the theoretical value and mathematic calculation results were contrasted found ANSYS theoretical solutions and solutions very close to that this method can be extended to more complex variable cross - section beams.
