| 摘 要： | 塑料焊接技术水平是衡量汽车生产技术水平及新材料开发水平的标志之一。概述了汽车工业的各种塑料焊接方法,其中包括热气焊、热工具焊、电阻焊、感应焊、高频焊、激光焊、振动焊、超声波焊等,内容涉及各种焊接方法的原理及过程、特点、适应性、应用和最新进展等塑料焊接方法广泛用于连接汽车仪表板、保险杠、进气歧管、燃油箱、液压油箱、蓄电池槽、灯罩、前后灯组件等多种零部件。

| Abstract: | Welding technology for plastics is a measure of production technology and new material developing levels in automobile industry.Various welding methods for plastics in automobile industry are reviewed,including hot gas welding,hot tool welding,resistance welding,electromagnetic welding,radio frequency welding,laser welding,vibration welding and ultrasonic welding etc.The review involves welding principle,processes,characteristics,adaptability,applications and recent advances,etc.Welding methods of plastics in anto industry are widely used to join instrument panels,bumper,inlet mainfold,fuel tank,hydraulic reservoirs,battery cases,lamps housings,front and rear light assemblies,etc. |
