客车车身曲面分块造型设计研究

摘    要:车身是汽车的三大总成之一,其生存周期约为底盘的三分之一。车身的更新速度较快,因此车身设计对新车的开发具有十分重要的作用。目前,计算机辅助技术已渗透到汽车生存周期的各个阶段,尤其是CAD技术已成为汽车造型设计的常规手段。文中以依维柯汽车公司的某型号客车车身为对象,运用UGNX2.0三维造型软件进行客车车身造型,着重研究曲线构造、曲面构造、曲面过渡连接以及客车车身曲面的分块和整车的虚拟装配造型。

Abstract:As to the one of three assembly parts,car body's life circle is about one third of chassis,so it's very important for new type auto design to design the car body part?At present,the computer assistant design technical has come into all phase of bus's life circle. Especially, CAD technical has been adopted by the auto manufacturer all of the world as the regular method. Referencing one type of bus-body model design manufacture by IVECO company, use UGNX2.0 as the design tool to complete the bus-body model design, focus on researching modeling method for the curve conformation, curve surface conformation and the transition joint between two curve surface and bus body surface-divide and visual assembly for bus.
