激光气化生物组织的试验研究

摘    要:激光气化生物组织是激光医学应用中的重要方面。探索激光参数对气化效率的影响是激光生物医学的重要研究内容。本文实验研究了532nm、1064nm和1320nm脉冲激光气化离体猪肝脏组织的试验效应,对比三种激光在不同频率、不同脉宽下的气化深度和热损伤深度,结果表明:在气化含血组织中,脉冲532nm脉冲激光的气化效率最高,热损伤区域最小。

Abstract:Laser ablation bio-tissue is a important performance of laser application.And also is seeking after the effect of laser parameter on ablation efficiency in laser medical.The experiments are used to study ablation effect of vitro pig liver by laser operating at 532nm,1064nm,1320nm,individually.The ablation depths and thermo-damage depths are compared with three wavelengths at different frequency and pulse width.The results indicate that the pulse 532nm laser has the highest ablation efficiency and the minimum damage district among the three wavelengths laser when ablating tissue with abundant blood.
