浅谈基层党建思想政治工作与生产经营管理的结合

党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强企业基层党建思想政治工作并与生产经营管理相结合,既是企业上级党委的工作要求,也是基层党务工作的目标。基层党建思想政治工作在与生产经营管理结合的过程中,应找好三个结合点：1、抓住基层领导班子和单位骨干的合力点;2、找准基层党组织工作的切入点、研究基层党组织工作载体的创新点。

On Integration of Grass-roots Party Building Mental and Political Work and Management

The Party's grass-root organization is the fighting force at grass-roots level as well as the base of the Party's whole work and fighting capability.Strengthening enterprise grass-roots Party building mental and political work and integrating it with management is both work demands of the enterprise Party committee of a higher level and the Party work target of grass-roots level.In the integration,three joints must be found including collaborative work joint of grass-roots leading group and mainstay,penetration point of grass-root Party organization work and innovation point of researching the carrier of grass-roots Party organization work.
