旋风除尘器的结构改进与性能提高

摘    要:介绍了旋风除尘器的除尘机理,分析了流场特征及传统型分离器分离效率低的原因,借鉴前人改进的基础,对传统型旋风除尘器进行了7个方面的改进。改进后,除尘器粒子的离心力比传统型除尘器增大了1.4倍以上,出口处的负压对粒子的吸力比传统型约缩小了1/4,无论是分离效率或是最小分离粒径都得到了提高。

Abstract:The de-dusting mechanism of cyclone bag-filter is described, the reason of the flow filed of bag-filter and low separating efficiency of conventional bag-filter is analyzed, based on the improvement made on bag-filter before, the conventional cyclone bag-filter has been improved in seven aspects. The centrifugal force of particle of bag-filter after improvement has been increase by 1.4 time or more, the negative pressure to suction of particle at outlet is deduced by 1/4, whether the separating efficiency or minimum separating particle size is improved.
