| 摘 要： | 多轴箱是孔加工组合机床中非常重要的部件。在分析组合机床中的多轴箱的地位和作用,研究了多轴箱传动系统的基本要求的基础上,对该多轴箱的右轴箱的传动系统中的主轴、齿轮进行了设计计算,设计出的右轴箱的传动系统能适用于孔加工,加工效率高,精度高,能够保证加工孔的位置精度。

| Abstract: | Multi-spindle is an important component in hole processing combination machine tools.Position and roles of the multi-spindle box in combination machine tools is analyzed,the spindle and gears of transmission system in multi-spindle box’s right spindle box are designed and calculated on the basis of analyzing basic requirements of multi-spindle’s transmission system.Transmission system in right spindle box designed can be applied to produce holes,which has both high efficiency and high precision and ensure position precision for machining holes. |
