芬太尼在家兔主要脏器内分布的研究

摘    要:提出了以安定为内标,用气相色谱分离-氮磷检测器检测(GC-NPD)测定生物检材中芬太尼的方法,研究了芬太尼在静脉注射的家兔主要脏器内的质量浓度分布规律。结果表明:注射后10min时,脑及肝脏内血药浓度明显高于其它器官,30min时,胃壁内芬太尼浓度是脑内的1.8倍;连续小剂量给药后,芬太尼在肝、心、肾、胃壁等器官内分布较为均匀,尿、血内有一定量的分布,体内的芬太尼主要通过尿液排出体外。因此,对于滥用芬太尼者可以以尿、血作为检测对象,采用GC-NPD法进行分析。

Abstract:The gas chromatography and nitrogen phosphor determinating (GC NPD) method was proposed for the determination of fentanyl in biomaterials with diazepamum as the internal standard substance. The change of fentanyl concentration in the chief internal organs of rabbits was studied by intravenous injection of fentanyl into ears of rabbits to provide basis for obtaining materials of venom analysis. It were found that the fentanyl concentration in the brain and liver was obviously higher than that in other internal organs 10 minutes after the injection of fentanyl, and the fentanyl concentration in stomach wall was 1.8 times the amount in brain 30 minutes after the injection. After a successive supply of small amount of fentanyl, the fentanyl distributed evenly in the rabbits' liver, heart, kidney and stomach wall with a certain content both in the blood and urine. However, fentanyl could get out of the body by urine. Therefore, the test of urine and blood based GC NPD method can be used to determine the concentration of fentanyl and decide the abuse of fentanyl.
