摘 要: | 文章介绍了酶在污染治理中的研究和应用,其中包括辣根过氧化物酶、木质素过氧化物酶、聚酚氧化酶和漆酶在含酚废水及含难降解的芳香族化合物废水,造纸废水的处理中的研究和应用。氰化物酶在含氰废水处理,蛋白酶和淀粉酶在食品加工废水处理中的应用。利用PseudomonasalcaligensCO和PseudomonasputidaR5-3细胞融合构建纤维素降解菌、芳香族降解菌,用于含纤维素废水和化纤废水处理。通过基因工程的方法设计复合代谢途径,拓宽氧化酶的专一性及增强无机磷的去除率。酶、细胞和基因工程在环境污染治理中的研究和应用显示了生物工程在环境污染治理和生物修复上有着广阔的应用前景。

The Application of Enzyme Engineering in the Environmental Pollution Control |

Abstract: | The application of enzyme in environmental pollution control, including the application of horseradish peroxidase, HRP, lignin peroxidase, LiP and polyphenol oxidases in the treatment of wastewater of containing phenol and aromatic compounds excharged from petrochemical and pulping industry and the application of protease in the treatment of the wastewater from food-processing was introduced. The constructions of cellulolytic bacteria by cell fusion of Fusobacterium varium with Enterocous faecium to degrade DDV and to treat the wastewater of chemical fiber was introduced. And the constructions of aromatics degradable bacteria by cell fusion of Pseudomonas alcaligens CO with Pseudomonas putida R5-3 to degrade aromatic compound in the wastewater excharged from synthetic fiber industry as well. It was reviewed that the design of composite metabolic path by plasmid transfer to extent the metabolic ability of microorganism and that widening the specificity of oxidase and enhancing the ability of inorganic phosphorous removal by gene recombination. The research and application of enzyme, cell and genetic engineering give a wide future of application for the environmental pollution control and bio-remediation of polluted field. |
