超长混凝土结构施工的质量控制技术

摘    要:安徽国际会展中心的地下室底板采用在桩承台与地梁上浇筑的筏板式基础,基础占地面积超过15000m2,其中长174m,宽68.5m.如此大面积的现浇混凝土基础底板,施工中采用什么措施来控制混凝土收缩与地基不均匀沉降造成的混凝土开裂,是一个值得研究的课题,本文介绍了该工程在实际施工中采取的一些措施,实践证明这些措施是有效的.

Abstract:The basement ground floor of Anhui International Exhibition Center is made of the pile cap and raft foundation poured on beam-column. The total area of the ground floor is over 1500 square meters, 174 meters long, 68.5 meters wide. As the ground floor is so large a cast-in-site concrete structure, what methods we shall use in the construction to prevent the crack of concrete caused by shrinkage of concrete and uneven distributed pile foundation. The paper introduced several methods in the actual construction and practice has proved effective.
