| 摘 要： | 介绍了因果追踪分析的基本原理及其在煤矿伤亡事故中寻求各种原因的思路和程序,通过发生在煤矿企业中的一起典型伤亡事故,找出导致事故发生的基础原因、间接原因及本质原因,用鱼刺图的方法表现出来。然后根据不同原因采取有针对性的防范措施,防止同类事故的重演。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the basic principle of causes and effects tracing analysis and seeks each kind of reason in the coal mine casualty,the author through the typical casualty that occurs in the coal mine enterprise,discovers the foundation reason the indirect reason and the essential reason which the accident occurs,clearly showed in the method of fishbone chart.Then in the basis of different reason adopts different measure,prevents the similar accident repeating,thus develops the coal mine safety in production well. |
