MAP-UBF工艺用于高氨氮垃圾渗滤液预处理的试验研究

摘    要:针对老龄垃圾渗滤液水质季节变化大、氨氮含量高的特点,设计MAP-UBF工艺处理全年各个时期的垃圾渗滤液。探讨了MAP法的最佳运行条件和氨氮浓度对厌氧处理去除率的影响,在氨氮小于2500mg/L时,不会对去除率产生明显影响,此时非离子氨浓度为282mg/L。试验表明,系统最佳条件下,COD去除率可达72%,氨氮去除率可达82%。UBF运行稳定,具有较强的酸碱缓冲能力。

Abstract:The research investigated the effect of MAP-UBF process on pretreatment of old landfill leachate ,towards its obvious quality fluctuation. The best MAP processing condition was determined and various ammonia-N in UBF was studied, when the ammonia-N was less than 2 500mg/L, anaerobic reactor was not affected obviously. The research shows that ,on the best conditions, the COD removal rate is 72%,and the ammonia-N removal rate is 82%.The UBF reactor has a stable operation and a strong ablity of the buffering of acids and alkalis.
