含碳球团冷固结成型试验

摘    要:采用正交试验方法研究了以糖浆作为粘结剂, 钒钛磁铁矿和煤粉为原料, 在不同的粘结剂配比、成型压力和水分加入量下含碳球团的冷固结成型性能。结果表明: 制得球团在300 ℃下烘干30 min后, 抗压强度随粘结剂加入量的增加先增加后减少; 随成型压力的增加一直增加, 但增加幅度越来越小; 水分加入量在3%以下时, 对球团的抗压强度影响不大, 继续增加水分加入量, 球团的强度急剧下降。试验获得最佳工艺参数为, 粘结剂加入量6%, 成型压力18 MPa, 水分加入量2%。在该工艺条件下球团的平均抗压强度可以达到2 723 N。

Abstract:Using syrup as binding agent and V-Ti bearing magnetite ore and pulverized coal as raw material, the carbon-containing pellets was prepared with cold-bonded moulding. The performance of carbon-containing pellets was studied by orthogonal experiment in different proportion of binding agent, moulding pressure and moisture content. The results showed that the compression strength of the prepared pellets after drying for 30 min at 300 ℃ first increased and then decreased with the increase of the addition level of binding agent and always increased with the increase of moulding pressure but the incremental amplitude was less and less. The moisture content had little effect on the compression strength of pellets when it was less than 3%, however, the compression strength of the pellets reduced dramatically when continuously increasing the moisture content. The optimum technology parameters obtained were that the content of binding agent was 6%, moulding pressure was 18 MPa and the moisture content was 2%. Under these conditions the average compression strength of the pellets can reach 2723 N.
