| 摘 要： | 介绍了黄河中上游水电资源及其开发现状.从提高陕西电网水电调峰能力的需求出发,从治理黄河、渭河的角度出发,从政府的节能减排目标出发,从陕西经济的发展出发,提出了加快建设碛口、古贤、甘泽坡3个梯级水电站的建议.

| Abstract: | The hydropower resources and its development in upper-middle reaches of Yellow River are introduced. From aspects of the capability demand for peak-load regulation of Shaanxi Power Grid, governing the Yellow River and Weihe River, governmental targets of energy conservation and waste reduction, the economic development of Shaanxi, the suggestions to build Qikou, Guxian and Ganzepo cascade hydropower stations are proposed. |
