摘    要:采用电沉积方法制备了用于磁记录磁头的镍-铁-钨合金薄膜,并研究了钨酸钠的质量浓度对镍-铁-钨合金薄膜的成分、硬度、表面形貌及磁性能的影响。研究发现:随着钨酸钠的质量浓度的增加,镍-铁-钨合金薄膜中镍和钨的质量分数逐渐提高,而铁的质量分数有所下降。镍-铁-钨合金薄膜是一种典型的晶态颗粒膜。增加钨酸钠的质量浓度,有利于提高镍-铁-钨合金薄膜的硬度和比饱和磁化强度。当钨酸钠的质量浓度为2 g/L时,镍-铁-钨合金薄膜的矫顽力最小,约为1.96 kA/m。

Abstract:The Ni-Fe-W alloy thin films for magnetic recording head were prepared by electrodeposition method.The effect of the mass concentration of sodium tungstate on the composition,hardness,surface morphology and magnetic property of the Ni-Fe-W alloy thin film was studied.It was found that with the increase of the mass concentration of sodium tungstate,the mass fraction of nickel and tungsten in the Ni-Fe-W alloy thin film increased gradually.while the mass fraction of iron decreased gradually.The Ni-Fe-W alloy thin film was a typical crystalline grain film.Increasing the mass concentration of sodium tungstate was beneficial to the improvement of the hardness and specific saturation magnetization of the Ni-Fe-W alloy thin film.When the mass concentration of sodium tungstate was 2 g/L,the Ni-Fe-W alloy thin film possessed the lowest coercivity value of about 1.96 kA/m.
