摘    要:以离体猪心为激光打孔对象,用KTP-NdYAG/532激光与HoYAG激光对照实验,经组织形态学分析证实KTP-NdYAG/532激光在心肌激光打孔实验中安全可行,本次实验中探讨的工作参数,对下步在体动物PMR实验具一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The hearts of pigs in vitro were selected for study about KTPNd:YAG/532 laser(KTPlaser) creating transmyocardial laser channels (TML Cs) in vitro animal's hearts as compared with Holmium: YAG laser(Holaser).Histologic analysis was demonstrated that the functional characteristics of the KTPlaser was better than that of Holaser when they created TMLCs.Which suggests that the KTPlaser is safe and feasible,and result in a favorable outcome in creating TMLCs,so the KTPlaser may be selected to the next trial,the parameters for this experiment may be refer to in vivo animal PMR trials.
