摘    要:针对唐山建龙实业集团总公司桦甸铁矿选矿厂生产中存在的技术问题,经过多次研究论证,确定了14项重点技改项目。应用高新技术成果对碎矿、磨矿、分级、滋选、过滤等传统生产工艺和设备进行了全面改造。实践表明,提高了选矿厂的生产指标和技术水平,铁精矿品位由原64.50%提高到68.30%,尾矿品位由原6.50%降为4.30%,金属回收率由原88.96%提高到92.90%;并增产增效,人均产量和人均效益达到了国内领先水平。

Abstract:In view of the technical problems existing in the production of Huaxun Concentrator, Tangshan Jianlong Industrial General Co., and through repeated research, fourteen major items of technical transformation were determined. High technical achievements were used to make an all-sided transformation of the traditional production technology and equipment of crushing, grinding, classification, magnetic separation and filtering. As a result, the iron concentrate grade was raised from 64.50% to 68.30%,the tailings grade reduced from 6.50% to 4.30% and the metal recovery improved from 88.96% to 92.90%. Both the production indexes and technical level of the concentrator were raised, resulting increased production and economic benefit, with its per capita production and economic benefit reaching the domestically leading level.
