| 摘 要： | 文章通过对近年来有关高校英语教师专业发展的研究、英语教师专业发展的主要模式相关文献的梳理。指出高职高专英语教师是外语应用型人才培养的的坚实后盾,也是高职院校英语教学与科研力量的主力军。同时,通过对该研究领域文献的回顾,发现我国高职高专英语教师的发展模式与发展途径的研究仍嫌不足,尚有诸多问题有待拓展和深入探讨。

| Abstract: | College English faculty is not only the solid backing of practical talents of foreign languages.But also the main force of vocational English teaching and research.At present,the study of domestic scholars for college English faculty is still in the stage of exploration and innovation.This paper reviews the research of English faculty professional development and the the main mode of development in this field,so that the gaps were found in the research It can be a reference for future study. |
