TiO_2-SnO_2纳米粉体的制备与研究

摘    要:采用水热法制备了TiO2-SnO2纳米粉体。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对其微观结构进行了表征,并利用X射线能谱(EDS)研究了不同原料配比制备的TiO2-SnO2纳米粉体中的元素含量。结果表明:TiO2-SnO2纳米粉体结晶尺寸较小,有明显的团聚现象;TiO2-SnO2纳米粉体中Sn元素的含量高于原料中的含量。

Abstract:TiO2-SnO2 nanometer powders were prepared by hydrothermal method.The microstructure was characterized by XRD and TEM,and element content of TiO2-SnO2 prepared with different raw materials ratio was studied.Results showed that the grain size of TiO2-SnO2 was little,and the powders was obviously agglomerated.The content of Sn in TiO2-SnO2 was higher than that in raw materials.
