| 摘 要： | 工程建设领域的决策者通过考察各个方案的预期目标和所拥有的资源条件,分析各种方案的现金流量情况,来选择合适的技术方案,最终获得最佳经济效果。而资金在周转过程中,随着时间的变化会产生增值,资金的时间价值在工程经济中对各种方案的比较和选择发挥着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | By examining the desired goals and possessed resources,decision makers in the field of engineering construction analyze cash flow of various projects to select appropriate technical project and eventually get the best economic effect.And that in the turnover process of the fund it will produce added-value with the change of time so the time value of fund plays an important role in the project comparison and selection of engineering economy. |
