新形势下高职院校实行自主招生选拔人才的思考

在新形势下,部分高职院校试行多元化录取、自主招生方式已有多年,为高职院校人才选拔提供了良好的渠道。但是由于自主招生尚处于起始阶段,还存在诸多问题,影响了自主招生的效果。本文从对多元化录取、自主招生的理解为起点,对目前我国高职院校多元化录取、自主招生的现状进行分析,提出高职院校有效实行多元化录取、自主招生的对策。
