易燃固体类危险品试验仪的开发和应用

摘    要:根据《关于危险货物运输的建议书》对危险品的分类方法分析了第4.1类易燃固体危险品的特点和危险性,研制了易燃固体类危险品试验仪,给出其硬件组成和软件设计逻辑梯形图.通过对鸟洛托品及硫磺等危险品的实际分类试验,证实该试验仪检测分类准确、操作安全,具有较高的可溯源性.

Abstract:The Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods(RTDG) from the United Nations and its dangerous goods classification were introduced,and the characteristics and the dangerous properties of listed Class 4.1 flammable solids were analyzed and the tester for them was produced.Having the largely-exported hexamethylenetetramine tested proves the sucess of the tester in classification testing and evaluation and traceability.
