摘    要:介绍了基于冗余技术的热电厂烟气连续排放监测系统的设计方案,阐述其冗余设计原理以及计算机与PLC通信的实现方法,并给出数据采集程序和利用软件"看门狗"进行故障识别及自动切换的关键技术。实际运行表明,系统可以在500ms以内完成主站与从站的冗余切换,故障率减小为原来的1/3,可靠性较高。
