高压差减压阀数值模拟

摘    要:采用Fluent软件对煤直接液化高压差减压阀的内部流场进行模拟计算.数值模拟结果能真实反映高压差减压阀内部的复杂流动.分析高压差减压阀内部流场的特点,对其结构进行优化改进,以提高减压阀的使用寿命.

Abstract:This paper stimulates internal flow field of direct coal liquefaction high-pressure differential pressure reducing valve by Fluent software and the numerical simulation results can truly reflect its complex flow.By analyzing characteristics of internal flow field of high-pressure differential pressure reducing valve,the structure is optimized and modified to improve the service life.
