模糊控制技术在电子皮带秤中的应用

摘    要:针对目前电子皮带秤称量精度不高的问题提出4种模糊控制方法,并分别对每种方法进行仿真试验.仿真结果表明4种控制方法在皮带秤中应用都可取得较好的效果.通过对比分析,找出了相对较好的控制方式.该方式能够很好地控制电机以恒定的转速运转,并且其抗干扰能力和鲁棒性与传统控制方法相比都有较大提高,有效地解决了皮带秤这一动态计量衡器的...

Abstract:Considering the poor measurement accuracy of existing belted electronic balances,four fuzzy control methods were proposed and simulated and compared respectively.The simulation results demonstrate that these methods can achieve good results in belt scale application;and the comparing results presents a more efficient control method which can keep the motor running at a constant speed,and can have its anti-jamming ability and robustness more improved in the control and measurement accuracy.
