摘    要:介绍了一种以红外热成像技术为基础的电气设备预知维护专家系统的应用设计方案,对电气设备运行维护的现状、预知维护的概念和红外热成像技术进行了简要分析,详细说明了预知维护专家系统的构成、开发过程和实际应用作,重点阐述了如何利用红外热成像技术,建立状态分析专家系统,实现电气设备的预知维护.

Abstract:The application scheme for electrical equipments predictive maintenance expert system based on infrared thermal imaging technology was introduced,including the concept of predictive maintenance and infrared thermal imaging technology,and the structure of predictive maintenance expert system,and its development and application;then a state analysis expert system was built to implement predictive maintenance of electrical equipments.
